yesterday I took my 9 week old cavalier King Charles spaniel to the vets for his first vaccination. During his overall examination the vet pointed out that his lower jaw was shorter than his top jaw and said he would need an operation in the next few weeks to remove his lower incisers so that his jaw could continue to grow without the teeth pushing into his hard pallate.
Basically what I'm wanting to know is if it worth the stress and pain for the puppy to go through even though he will be loosing his baby teeth in a few weeks anyway. And there is also the risk that comes with any procedure done under anaesthetic. Any information or help that anyone could give me would be a great.
Please help.
Thanks!
