How do I upload a minecraft map?

Hello,

So I made a parkour challenge for prestonPlayz, but I don't know how to upload it to places like minecraft maps, or even here! Can someone help me?please if anyone has any information about it please help me out, i did a lot of research about it on internet but couldn't find the proper answer so please help me out ?
