Is it a rule of thumb that every 40 packs you MUST get a legendary? or is it like expeculation ive seen on the forums?
Also ive never gotten a legendary from Wotg besides cthun, do you guys know if this one counts toward the 40 packs ? If thats the case you can pretty much maximize your chances to get dust and legendaries knowing what packs to buy if you keep track right?
